- Architectural and interior design fees – 7.5% of contract value.
- Product & furniture design – rates calculated and tailored for every new design.
- Custom joinery & shop fitting – fees can only be calculated on final design.
- Construction and project management fees – 3% of contract value.
- Design consulting – design & working drawings at R350-00 per hour.
- 3D modeling and rendering of furniture pieces at R350-00 as well as interiors and exteriors of buildings at R3500-00 per perspective still.
- 3D Animation of building interiors or exteriors – R15 000-00 to R25 000-00 per animation.
